Patterns, pivots, & the work of choosing differently.
I'm Caitlin, the founder of the Wild Way Home, the Sisterhood Walk - and a leader in pattern disruption, women's voices, and coming home to yourself.
I built the Wild Way Home because I saw the need for it after going through the hardest point in my life that broke me, rebuilt me me, and connected me to the deep need among women to stand taller, stand firmer, and step into the life I wanted for myself.

I spent years in an abusive relationship, shrinking to keep the peace. And a lifetime of editing myself to be accepted and feel worthy.
As humans- we don't move until it gets painful enough.
And I let it get bad enough until I could no longer take it, and. had to confront the parts of myself that were keeping me there.
That came with radical responsibility, self reflection, and inner work.
The process didn't feel pretty. It was uncomfortable, baring, and a soul level transformation into a level of myself I had always known but never met.
And I became HER.
The truest version of myself.
The one who makes audacious pivots.
Stands firm in her voice.
Brings tension to a conversation when it's necessary.
And doesn't back down for fear of being too much or creating discomfort in other people.
I found my life's purpose- simply to help people stop hurting.
I'm on a mission to help women set and hold a standard for themselves, stop repeating toxic patterns, and find a love they truly deserve and feel secure in.
PHILANTHROPY.
I'm on a mission to change the world by doing good.
I want to have the impact that helps women step into the next version of themselves; to help them stop hurting; raises conscious awareness to who we are and how we are; and leaves the world better than I found it, long after I'm gone.
I recognize the woman I became, the patterns I've had, the experiences that shaped me, and the little girl who came before her.
That's why every Sisterhood Walk gives 100% of registration fees to the Rare Impact Fund. I have a goal of donating $20k this year to this organization - started by Selena Gomez - a foundation that gets mental health services to youth regardless of who they are, or where they come from.

SISTERHOOD.
The world of women needs sisterhood.
A community to see and be seen.
To drop the mask imposed by society, culture, or even ourselves.
A place to share stories, see patterns, and help the women standing beside and behind her.
We've all been a thousand versions of ourselves.
And as we evolve, we get permission and support to just be.
Authentically. Fully. And radically ourselves.
It's the safe space when you need it.
And the tough love when you're capable of more, stuck in your story, or resisting the lesson.
It's the group of women who see the best in you and call HER forward.
The version she's always known but never fully met.
DISCOMFORT.
If nothing changes, nothing changes.
Growth is painful. The unknown is scary. And facing your deepest demons is exposing. It makes most of us want to run the other way.
I realized when I was little that my greatest fear was getting to the end of my life, and thinking I could have grown more.
I've committed to stepping into the discomfort- because that's how we keep going and growing. But that starts with getting real with yourself, taking responsibility for how we got here, acknowledging where we fall short, where we hurt, and doing the deep work.
I know many people are averse to the deep work - it's too scary, too much change, and the temporary pain that is required to shed old and build new is too expensive. And that's ok.
But they're not my people.
Discomfort is the Way forward. And I believe to fully surrender to self growth, we have to get comfortable getting uncomfortable, seek out discomfort, and follow it like a compass.
